The tablet has 8", it can practically not be installed anywhere but at the
navigation bar.
Since it is too heavy to be attached directly to the WLQ, it should be attached
directly to the navigation bar. (Gravelroads, Offroad)
But the BMW Cradle needs too much space. That's why I fixed the cradle, without
the lockable holder,
directly above the horn under the right side of the fender. There is a place
which is largely protected from
environmental conditions. Of course I fixed the WLQ in the cradle with two cable
ties. I also fixed the USB
cable so that it can't slip out of the socket.The whole thing is also placed in
such a way that one can see
the LED, which gives status indications. The USB socket is also accessible in
this way.
